Parent Help Needed for Blueberry Parking!!!
As you know the Blueberry Festival is just around the corner. As part of our fundraising efforts we have been given the opportunity to take part in the car parking for the festival. Each year the music department is responsible for handling parking on Saturday. The students have already signed up for work times either to help set up or to actually park cars on Saturday.
We have plenty of student help but are in DESPERATE NEED of PARENT HELPERS on Saturday (Sept. 5) for all 3 shifts. It takes about 40 parents to make this work The shifts are from 7:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., and from 3:45 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
If you can help us please contact Mary Pat a.s.a.p.
Also, Crimson will be performing on Sunday, 9/6 at 1:30 on the Jefferson School stage. Hope you can make it!
Thanks so much for your support!

Only 62 Days Left To Go!!
They need to get some information from all of our travelers this week. Please send Mary Pat the "official" name used on your birth certificate or passport (which ever you are using for traveling). They need this to send to the cruise ship people as soon as possible.
Also each traveler will receive a t-shirt, so they need your size. If you could e-mail this info back to her that would be great. Lastly Mary Pat will be sending home some papers that need to be signed and initialed by both students and adults as well. Please read them over carefully and return immediately to the school.
