State Solo/Ensemble Results - 2.16.08
Here are the vocal results from Saturday’s state competition.
We took 12 entries, 6 gold and 6 silver.
Gold Ratings soloists: Nancy Tyree "Sure on this Shinging Night" , John Patrick "Agnus Dei", Meghan Stephenson "A Piper", Matthew Slaydon "Lass From the Low Countree" and Brittany Bingle "Lovliest of Trees"
Gold rating ensemble: Brittany Bingle, Nancy Tyree and John Patrick "Music When Soft Voices Die". This ensemble received a perfect score!
Silver Rating soloists: Ruth Nicholl "O Rest in the Lord", Heather Rohr "At the River", Samantha Overmyer "Come to the Fair" Casey Faricelli "Eleige"

State Solo/Ensemble Times For Saturday - Good Luck to everyone going to State this weekend!
Students and Parents,
On Saturday, February 16th PHS students will participate in the Indiana State Solo and Ensemble Contest held this year at Perry Meridian High School in Indianapolis. The bus will leave PHS @ 7:15 a.m. We will return to Plymouth at approximately 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening.
As is always the case, the events are open to anyone who would like to attend, so if you plan to come to Indy you will be allowed to attend each event.

State qualifying soloists and ensembles will present a dessert recital at 7:00 p.m. in the PHS Studio Theatre before they head to Indianapolis February 16 for the state contest. Everyone is Welcome & Admission is free.
